A Peaceful Retreat in the Heart of Chianti
The apartment occupies half of a fully restored farmhouse. Set in a panoramic position just off the road connecting Castellina in Chianti with Poggibonsi, near the hamlet of Cispiano, it is surrounded by woods and well-tended fields. It offers private parking, completely separate gardens, and furnished outdoor areas with a barbecue. There is also a shared 6 x 12 meter swimming pool, where our guests have their own private sun terrace.

The Night Area
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A small terrace overlooking the garden can be accessed from the ground floor. From the bathroom of the master bedroom, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the Chianti countryside and the swimming pool, adding a special touch to the experience.

The hand-painted tiles that adorn the bathrooms and kitchen come from Andalusia from a historic workshop in Seville.
Every object, material, and decorative element has been carefully chosen to offer guests more than just a stay: an experience of a welcoming, lived-in home, deeply connected to the history, beauty, and traditions of Tuscany.
